Ladies

Canwick Park Golf Club boasts a small but vibrant ladies golf section.

With a history of welcoming female golfers from the early days of the club’s formation, Canwick Park is a great place for ladies to play.

The ladies section offers members a wide variety of golf, from team play in both ladies and mixed teams, right through to regular club competitions. Ladies also have the opportunity for matchplay golf through the club’s annual competitions.

Away from golf, the ladies section offers a friendly social environment, and in the past few years has raised thousands of pounds for local charities.

Captains’ Charity 2011

Today Captain Tony Thornley & Lady Captain Chris Dixon presented a cheque for £1500 to the St Francis School Fund. The monies raised during the year in support of the Captains’ Charity for 2011 were a result of events and raffles held at the club in 2011, and supported by members.
